Coach Kaiser returns for his second season as the Varsity Head Coach. He was raised in the Washington, DC area and moved to the west coast where he attended USC. He has lived in Manhattan Beach for the last 25 years with his three kids. His youngest is a senior at Mira Costa. Coach Kaiser coached tackle football from 2017-2020 serving as the JV Defensive Coordinator and Varsity Linebacker Coach. In 2023, he coached the JV football team as their offensive line coach. He also volunteers with Team Rubicon, a disaster response organization.
Coach Millea was born and raised in San Diego. Her dad got her into wrestling at a very young age into a male dominating sport that she loved. She played softball in college, and was a cheerleader. She went on to marry the love of her life Bob Millea. They raised five wonderful children, Wyatt, Jimmy, Bobby, Danny, and Grace which all played sports at Mira Costa; football, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, shot-put, discus and Flag Football. Coach Millea has been with the flag football program since it started in 2023.

Coach Jeromie Park joins the Mira Costa Flag Football Staff as Varsity Assistant Coach and Defensive Coordinator. Coach Park grew up in Pittsburgh, PA where he played football through high school. He played rugby in college at Harvard and grad school at the University of Pennsylvania before moving to Manhattan Beach over 15 years ago. He has been coaching GBCS flag football since the program launched in 2023 and currently coaches both of his daughters' teams.
Fun fact: Coach Jeromie met his wife on the flag football field in grad school.
Coach Antonio Malik joins the Mira Costa Flag Football Staff as the JV Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. Coach Malik was raised in St. Louis, Missouri, where his lifelong love for football first took root. His dedication to the game carried him through high school and earned him a scholarship to play at the college level. Driven by a passion for the outdoors and a love for great weather, Antonio made the move to Los Angeles ten years ago in search of new experiences. A few years back, he found a new calling in coaching, and today, guiding and mentoring young athletes on the football field has become his greatest passion.
